Playfield plastics break. They are expensive or impossible to replace. The vulnerable ones should be protected.

There are a few outfits that sell kits to protect many of your investments:

I've learned to make them by hand with polycarbonate and a belt sander from HF.

Here's the question:

What plastics have you ever seen broken in your collection or elsewhere?

I'd like to build a master list so that people can quickly get a sense of WHICH plastics tend to break in which games.

Big Game:
'One thing that any body should do is make a protector for the plastic for the upper left target bank that has that small "teardrop" projection at the bottom. This piece is broken off on most games that I see.'
