Nonworking Board is clean and has some sockets. Some of the known bad chips are marked or removed but not all of them. If you known how to fix this it is a very rare board. It is not complete it is missing some blown chips

Some of those chips are near impossible to obtain, if they are working. Hard to tell with a non working board.
