Broke flipper crank bolt from overtightening. Any way to fix?

I broke this from tightening it too much while putting a flipper mech back together. Is it still usable? Can it be repaired? (I can't tell if it's supposed to be one piece or not). If not, is it possible to find this part at a hardware store, or is online my only option?
