There are many threads on Pinside about clock repair. They are what I used when my gave me issues.

I’m happy with the Diamond Jack. There’s only 650 of these guys made, and I’d estimate 10-15% less in the wild. Far less operational.
Cabinet is is solid. Playfield looks good sans the mouse nest left overs. I may have a better apron and orbit cover. The coin door is in nice shape.
Tobacco stains need to be removed. There’s a few cracked pop skirts, rust hardware, etc. all relay banks need to be gone through. Plus a litany of other things.
