Maybe Bryan Kelly has some advice on how to avoid that.
No advice other than, install at your own risk. That pic is actually a CPR playfield. After that happened, my buddy bought a Mirco and I swapped everything to that.
After a handful of plays, two small chips showed up on the edge of the same scoop hole. My buddy said fuck it and installed some mylar.
He also said he's done installing new playfields.
