Have a safe trip !
I hope the weather is nicer soon for your trips.
LTG : )
Thank you guys…quick stop at Fargo Billiards…then headed home…
Also heard Drekker Brewery has a nice expansion with a larger pinball offering.

Sweet! Game boots and displays work. Just a little shop action and she should be good to go.

Finally had a chance to pull this baby/keeper out of storage.
Although, I’ve really been on the hunt for the free game version, Diamond Jack, this is apparently a home use only, 2 owner, King of Diamonds.
Cabinet, glass, playfield, plastics, posts, and coin door are all extremely nice. Lacks tobacco stains, and is a very nice original find. Original keys, made in the great city of Chicago.
No interest in touching up or doing a thing to it, other than a quick wipe down, and perhaps new rubber.
I’ll post more pics when up and running.

With this said, sometimes; the drain tilt angle, counter intuitive as it sounds, is conducive to hitting high scores.
Lloyd is the the flat center post bumper master. 2/3 it bounces perfectly, 1/3 it’s a dead cat bounce.
, Always kicks my ass, like a professionally placed flat o ring should./)
Love you LTG
Had to remove touch ups to mark this baby original….
So after graffitied and bad touch removement,
what are the odds my game is hot?!
Let’s go with 1:2, Just kidding ofcourse.
Also showing off original keys

Busy couple of days. Moved a beasty bitch to a good bro. Left about 1.5k there for you, thanks for being home; not moving that thing more than once saw some cool vids and played a few rounds with my SC bros. Sketchy driving on the way home. No roadie on this one. White knuckles on ice…..

Also willing to trade or sell outright, that nice king of diamonds. I need to parlay up to a Diamond jack…the rarer version. Pinside will be donated, I’ve certainly paid my dues and will honor more; that’s the brobra way….

Very clean Elvis if anyone is looking. Unopened original goody bag, no wear by flippers and excellent playfield. Open for trades up and down.

Was scared of this skee-ball coming in at about 600 Lbs, but with the right guys, I know what it takes now. Definitely need to two strong guys, or 4 weak ones. We made it with 3 but could have done with two.
Had a good time playing pins with the Pindejos, at Vitty’s….

Finally got my kings and queens to start properly. After chasing and jumping connections, I pulled the playfield, inspected the critical relays: start, game over, reset, tilt, zero position switch….
It was way easier to see the blades, clean, and adjust….
My main Em line up is rocking again….
Foto Finish horse advance dialed in now.
Cleaned and adjusted switches including step up units, gave her a decent cleaning and add some fresh rubbers and so LEDs in Gi…
Extremely early, 1st gen wedgie from ‘61, 1000 units made, not sure how many are still out there racing…
You gotta be pumped that the weather is clearing up. I can’t believe some of the runs you made over the winter.
Quoted from Krupps4:You gotta be pumped that the weather is clearing up. I can’t believe some of the runs you made over the winter.
The winter was sketchy to say the least. It’s nice to have good weather back up here. Hope all is well!
Quoted from Methos:That foto finish is beatuiful.
Thanks you! It’s super fun to play now that the horses advance. The gobble hole is an ass kicker.
Last of two games to get retuned, is Jumping Jack. It’s sick, it has a row of 10 drops, 4 flippers, two kick outs, awesome pops front and center, and some sketchy out lanes; avoidable when the ball bounces of the bumper right, but brutal when wrong.
Similar but far superior to King Pin.
Relay banks. Once you get into them they’re way easier to deal with than electronics…
I’m getting better and visual inspection switches, connections, and following the relay-logic.

Open for trades on a 1 owner Ghostbusters premium with about 2000 in mods and trim, under 1000 plays.
Excellent condition Ripley’s, custom powder coating and color dmd, plus mods,
if anyone is interest in trade.

Quoted from gorditas:That Gold Wings takes me back: first pin I owned.
Such a fitting first for you….
The layout is so interesting….
Did you like it?
Quoted from brobra:When you don’t want to promote liquor, it turns into a homemade mod situation, me thinks. Not sure.
Is it for sale?
Quoted from Krupps4:Is it for sale?
No it’s a nfs game in a very interesting collection. I tried on a few things. I’ll keep trying though and will let you know.

It has some cool shots and fun surprises. The air-raid siren is awesome, and the shot into the aircraft carrier is really cool. Since that machine came with a topper, I thought that was a standard part of pinball machines, and every machine in my collection since then has had some type of topper.
I liked the game, but at the time, I only had two. The other was the Jurassic Park that I sold you. Next to JP, the game seemed very quaint. I also had a ton of time in getting it to run reliably. Those 80B games are very sensitive to a perfect 5vDC from the power supply, and proper grounds, which generally have to be bolstered with additional wiring. A previous owner had changed to higher capacity fuses, which I figured out after burning up a transistor, and nearly catching both a coil and the backbox on fire. It was a great game to cut my teeth on, both as a player and a technician. By the time I traded it towards The Munsters, I had it running like a top. If I had a 20+ pin collection, I'd probably consider owning it again.
I found some old photos, it is kind of fun to look back.

Had fun solving the worlds problems with my farmer friends. Solve the world, make more farmers. The lifestyle is conducive to hard work, and ethics….

OMG that’s a great line about the over-fusing. Dude you can leave that f*cker idle and have your house burn down.
It ain’t “all ball bearings…” lol….
Very cool perspective, Jason.
I’d expect you, ultimately, to hold all the great aviation games….
Got a holding pattern at vector path “Brobra” out of Miami, lol….
Love you man, hit me when your pattern hits me, until then safe travels and Godspeed.
Gorgeous driving day; cross crossed mn and Wisconsin along the river valley towns, and had a swell time visiting with fellow pinsiders and talking about the passions.

It was loaned to me by a fellow passionate Pinsider, in the hopes it will see some play and go to good use. I guess stay tuned on what happens to it eventually….
Quoted from brobra:This is a Congo conversion kit playfield,
Good luck. I heard of a few of these back when and they never were able to get them to work.
Quoted from brobra:I believe designed to drop into a No Fear.
Not sure that is right. I heard it was for NBA Fastbreak.

Apparently any security chip WPC, but fast break is most conducive according to the experts like LTG
I’m biting the bullet and investing a bunch to restore to original status. Not going gaudy with power costs etc on this one, despite the fact there are some coats that will look cool.
Going CPR Mirrored glass, and considering Mircos decals but might try and stay more faithful on the decal finish and texture.
It’s all TBD at this point, but this is my current line of thinking. Then again, with a 10k plus Congo, some of those parties at that level, love powered coats and mods.
This guy is pretty much my favorite pinball buddy. Yoda-like knowledge, and helpful to me on so many levels. Our relationship is invaluable to me, and I am extremely grateful for our friendship. Salt of the earth….
Sorry for my rugged looks, I’ve been running hard. Time for my “Three Ss” sh*t, shower, shave….
Quoted from trilogybeer:Ouch! A 10k Congo?! You may want to reconsider before you get in too deep.
You might and thank you. It will effectively look like it came off the showroom floor, and will have under 50 lifetime plays. This is an unused new populated playfield, which is the base to build around. It will go for more than that.

I didn’t mean to question your knowledge on the current market, but apparently I did. I know you move a lot of games. Good luck with your project.
