It’s a good looking build; and this one looks brand new, even though it was an “Big Al” game at some point

You really can’t find a nicer or cleaner one of these….very good find

How many lifetime plays brobra ?

Hard to tell. Says 169 but I’d estimate under 2500.

My first Brobra foam-clad, palatized package arrived today, and what an incredible packing job it was! This little flipperless game was well protected, and will be an interesting project. I have worked on a couple woodrails, but nothing from the pre-flipper era. The seller wasn't willing to ship, but Brobra picked it up and made it happen.

My apprentice seems to approve of the game too. Too bad someone painted over the cabinet.

Finally took some shots of funhouse. Probably gone and will be taking a nice STTNG for it.

That funhouse is better than most - minimal edge wear on the inserts, no kick out wear. Cab looks pretty nice too!

Quoted from roffels:

Might be true.

I’ve seen some nasty one. It adds to the mistique of the CQ Al pinball warehouse gem.

Quoted from Pinzap:

That’s a good one it’s ok to f*ck with me
Just triple thicked the hell out of it and it melted.

Yeah, it’s got great curb appeal. It’s solid bones for a restore or a great above players game. Shows well.
Next owner needs to change the lighting back to nice looking warm leds. Cool lights make this thing so dark.

Here a topper a buddy of mine made for his MM original. I like his style, ambition, and craft.

Anyone have interest in a nearly perfect Family Guy?

Super exclusive ad from the Pinside Marketplace!

Also have inbound:
STNNG and a mothballed T2 with tons of parts and assemblies. It works but needs shopping.
I’d be open for trades in both. It’s food for thought.
Also a nearly perfect Demo Man.

Headed to Milwaukee Friday. Should be there late afternoon. Back up in Minneapolis Saturday. PM with hauling needs up or down 94 along that general route.

Let me know some cool dives with pinball I should hit on my route.

Next gen…actually a first for me. This is one is all there mechanically and in good condition….

At the World Famous Matt’s Bar & Grill…
Home of the Juicy Lucy and featured on many “foodie” shows…
…supposedly and arguably the birth place of the “Juicy Lucy”….
…the griddle has been peppered for over 1/2 a century, and in my humble opinion it’s the reason the food gets better with age.

Seems like a fair deal if it was even up. Unless I am looking at different pictures of the Funhouse, it looked more like a school project than a restore. The head decals were cut back and the head was sprayed and was already losing paint, and it looks like all of the inserts have original silkscreen that wasn't removed first, so everything is ghosting showing the original underneath the aftermarket insert decals. Again, could be the camera exposure or something wonky like that, but that playfield looked really bizarre.

I am not a Star trek fan, but really enjoy STTNG. Fun widebody that shoots really nice.

Spot on Ralph. It’s an even up. Someone did not do a good job of it hit cosmetically. Mismatched paint on head. Possible aide decal job, can’t tell because I think some were decaled and some painted and silk-screened. Part of me wanted to rip the gross and I think should be illegal playfield stickers or overlay. The mechs and plastics are solid. Boards and everything else also.
So it was something I wanted to deal out of, and something someone else who is not that concerned, wants to get into.

Heh - yea, the “shows well” comment made me go back and look. I saw the cab touchups/cut decals but couldn’t tell what was going on with the inserts. I thought it was a weird focus issue.

I concur - good trade on your part!

If you want to get into that argument just shout “5 8 Club” in there really loud and watch them chase you out of there.

Honestly they both make very fine food. I try to stop by either when I’m working in Minneapolis.

Finally made an overdue visit to Lloyd. I love playing the bank next to Lloyds cage, and listening to his stories and jokes.
Big Bang Bar, Proto Stern Pirates, Breakshot…

Is that a complete mug collection I see there?

Not quite. None of the Goose party mugs are in it. There are Expo mugs, Pinball Circus mugs, Pinball News mug, Talk Pinball mug. One SS Billiards mug.

I need a different, stronger, cabinet for all the mugs.
