Quoted from brobra:

He ended up getting splint so he could perform

Doesn't always work. Sometimes it's off to the butcher.

Please be careful Bro. Worst case scenario you might not even be edible. I found this searching for potential help for you.

"My mom's cousin and her husband took over an Angus ranch way back when and she regaled us all with tales of the doofy bulls stepping on their penises, then standing there bawling cause it hurt but they couldn't walk away. : She said that the meat was so tainted with adrenaline that it wasn't fit for dog food".

It’s funny, after spending several hours tracking down switch errors on BSD, ensuring the matrix on the cpu board was done, it all came down to a very unprofessional hack job in the 9 pin idc switch connectors. This is one example of why you should take your time and do it right.

Feels good to be in the clear. While I’m under here, I’ll be cleaning the crap out of this subway.

After a hard day’s work, and gearing up for the road, I’m dropping this great tune...

Us hyper personalities need to make time slow down, as fast as we run...
AlwaYs would rather be on the road with a bunch of high-asses, versus drunk-asses, every day of the week, including Sunday....

Gearing up for a quick run. It will be a light load, but worth it.

Congrats to whomever picked up the free DE Star Wars. Early bird gets the worm, and you deserve it.

Very lucky find.

Quoted from Vitty:

Game looks wonderful!

Thank you. Very happy with it.
2 switch errors, should be simple.
Give it the 20 year shop job and she will look great!

I’m going to Mylar the holes. Naked cliffy.
Considering a tasteful touch on the very small scoop chip.

#1514 2 years ago

Going to duck for some cover. Going naked well-wrapped in a big ole pickup truck.

Thanks, mate. Rolling in a big 6 liter dodge pickup truck. It’s a beast. Wrapped games to be waterproof, but took some cover and slept for an hour to let the weather roll by. Timed it pretty well. An incredible lightning show outside of Madison Wisconsin at about 4am.

Chilling out is a skill get that heart rate down, and get that clutter out of the mind.
My mind is like a VCR, I play stuff backwards and forwards, and replay all my moves. It’s nice to be able to shut that off when needed.

Inbound Home use Medieval Madness special edition. Low plays. Immaculate. Open for trades.

This is an excellent LE with zero plays on the new playfield...you won’t find a nicer one, even if it’s NIB. Vitty’s work and work ethic is at a very high bar.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. It’s all in good fun, right?!

No. Someone like you who is wheeling and dealing. Buying, selling, transporting for others. And very reasonable. Doesn't deserve to be ragged on.

You've been a big help to many. More so than some can say.

Let’s say your price is high on MB (it probably is… not that it makes any difference if someone pays it… and if they don’t, you end up lowering your price… so in the end, big deal).

Zach has a platform in TPN where he can sit and go on (and on, and on, and on) about whatever, and seems to often decide to use whatever platform he has to take shots at people. He’s Il Douche.

Almost finished with cleopatra. Grabbed a sling plastic from my spares, new rubbers set, cleaned playfield, waxed, replaced drop target bank. It’s crips and clean with excellent glass. Played great, but will play better.

Solid little 90s lineup. ‘91 to ‘98...

Dracula is like navigating a dark graveyard,
No fear is like driving on crank.
Terminator is just good action fast-paced and violent.
Monster Bash is glittery party.

You can always lower your price, can't raise it. I think his Flying Carpet was fairly priced right but I wasn't jumping at the gun to pay that kind of price but someone else did....or maybe they worked out another deal like I could have if I really wanted it.

Totally accepted and you are a stand-up guy for dropping in. Let’s move on to more games and looking forward to Expo. I was actually amused and honored the more I thought about it. It’s all good and when tou are little ballsy like me; you are bound to draw some attention.
Keep doing all the good stuff you do; and we’ll see each other one the road....
Until then....may the wind be at your back.

I was just telling someone else I don't listen to podcasts since it's usually a review about a game and for that there is only one opinion that matters, mine.

Pinball is such a well known community everyone knows each other so it's disappointing that negative things get said as much as they do. I was going to say pinball is a small community, in some ways it is, but it's been growing really fast. When Dave and I were doing our live streams (returning in a few months) I always kept it in the back of my head to keep positivity in front, even if it's frustrations that I'm having about the current game I'm playing if I'm playing poorly. Which happens more often than not.

Take that shiny plate off that faces you in the first pic (without all the switch stacks)

Same goes for the one that's parallel close to the playfield. Should be 10 screws if I'm counting (and thinking) right. I can't remember how captive they are on that plate. On the older EM's it's hard to get away without separating that one.

Let’s put it all in the rear view. We’re all human, I was priced damn high, but I was just following Eli’s lead. It’s ok to be called out. It comes with territory. I suppose it stings when you are the butt of the joke, but it happens to best of us, and frankly, I’m flattered. I’d like to move on and think he’s a standup guy, he handled himself like a gentleman, he’s hustling hard, making contributions, living the life...so I can respect it, we all throw stuff out there that bounces back sometimes....it’s all good.
I’ve been there a lot...

#1546 2 years ago

I’ll post the playfield when I’m done installing targets. I’m kind of annoyed they didn’t come with decals...doooh...
