I have never got any feed back on that hole sizer in the install kit, but I use it so often, I included it for that reason alone.
On those pop bumper lugs (I call the nail-screws lugs) I replace the fin style with the barbed style, and just like you, I predrill 2 different diameter predrills first.
If you use the fin style I have learned to remove all of the clear in the area, for the fin will cause a crack or split in your clear.

That install kit is perfect for the stock pfs like you are doing. For a production clear peter does a great job! I also like his work, but there is enough clear down that you dont want to thread thru it, or have the threads of a screw pulling up on it.

I thin that glue out so it will wick in to the wood in 2 sec. The antidote is acetone if you spill any.

I love all 3 of the pinbots. I am the odd man out that likes jack bot the most, and bride the least. That doesnt mean I dont love bride, especially the call outs.

I have not, but I would love to from what I have heard. That would be great if they add to other games. On my system 1 dragon. I got a pascal mpu and it added a skill shot, ball save, and other stuff with no change in hardware. I have heard cactus canyon and bride 2,0. are there any others that are being upgraded?

I like that nice custom pf protector you are using. reminds me of the fender protectors a good mechanic will use to keep his zipper from scratching your quarter panel. what is it made of, and did you make it? great idea, and just makes your quality more reliable. its so easy and common to have a pf fall over or something fall on it.

This job looks awesome. The back side is so clean. all the metal is clean and all of your wires all tight and right! The top side of this game has a lot of parts. I shopped one and it was a huge pain in the ass. Yours looks amazing. It gets my seal of approval. (Than and 4 bucks will get you a cup of coffee)
