learn how todo it urself trust me when i started i did not know anything. unless someone knows of someone here who is not crazy in it for the money aspect only... down this side things are abit crazy, people who charge crazy amounts todo a rubber ring change and call that a service make me sad.

the display issue could be the displays themselves going bad, in that case best to change it to some new led version.
u can buy pinscore from http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/PS-12232-P16 they are $329.00, but maybe cheaper elsewhere
there is also x-pin that cost $199 http://www.lakesidepinballparts.com/pinballdisplayboards.html
not sure what is better, surely a search on the forum will provide u with some answers as to what to chose.

led lights it depends on where u buy from. this job u can do urself its not hard.
im told that art from comet pinball. (http://www.cometpinball.com) goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service.
others love cointaker.com
i myself have used pinballlife.com. only thing i can say is dont bother using the single leds, they provide little light. 4 led is probaby best for inserts i found, but for gi u might want to look at the 3 led version perhaps but i have not used that myself. on my pins i did use the single ones at first but learned quickly they are just to dim, the 4led is good for inserts but they shine upwards so for gi they do the job but they dont spread light to the sides as much.

obviously when it comes to leds there are others. but i think some would say that cointaker and comet kinda lead the pack from what i understand.
