Hello,

Brought in a BOP. the head switch seemed to be out so when I checked it, it turned out I was missing all of row 7. I replaced the C9 capacitor and reseated the wires on J209 and my row came back. Everything but the head switch (67).

I got the head switch working again but my wiring does not look like a picture I have seen.

My question is: When you are in the head test. When the face turns to the human face, should switch 67 be showing on or off here. Mine is on when it gets to the non notched face (human).

The symptom right now is the face always stops on the "Eyes" face. Not the mouth. But at least it is consistent! That is new. It has been random before this. I have looked at the relay board. the solder looks good here. Should I hit them anyway?

Just to be clear, when I said the face is stopping incorrectly on the eyes face, I am talking about the first calibration at start up.
