The face should turn both directions, if it does not, more than likely you have a face motor relay problem. If the face can not turn both ways, it will never calibrate properly and will loose sync. See this attached post I made about the relay board.

That relay reverses the polarity to the motor. In game play the face must rotate both directions to stay in sync. Switch 67 only tells the CPU where home is, the CPU counts 1/4 rotations left or right from home position. Thus is why the head usually falls out of sync during multiplayer games.

From your video, it looks like the motor is spinning the wrong way (reverse the motor wiring to how it was) then check to see if under the "manual head control" function, you should be able to turn the head both directions. If not I bet that relay is your problem.

Is your head able to rotate both directions under manual control? Does switch 67 pulse as the head rotates?

Seams like the CPU is not recognizing switch 67. Even though it shows on the display. Maybe a logic problem.
