When the ball drains it does not kick out... The game searches for the ball... I have to remove the glass and push it over to register. Game works fine other than when the ball drains.

Sounds like you just need to adjust the drain rollover switch. Slightly bend the wire into place. Enough so that when the ball drains it will register the switch.
It looks as though the rollover switch is good. It's not triggering the arm that pushes the ball over. I have no idea how or what to test... Any help would be appreciated...
Do you know how to run a switch test and a solenoid test? That's the first thing you should do. I don't have the steps to start the test memorized, but they're in your manual.
