I was born in '69 and have no recollection of ever seeing anything "Munsters" related in my lifetime.
I like horror themes in general, but Munsters has zero appeal whatsoever. I think it might work as a true old fogie SLE do the chicken dance to get one thing like Batman 66 I guess. But I'm pretty much the core demographic for pinball machines and Munsters means zip to me. Sounds lame as hell too.

    Quoted from Who-Dey:

The Munsters show is really no different than The Adams Family and thats one of the most popular games that was ever made. Its just goofy horror like Monster Bash or Elvira and people love those game also. Anything to do with monsters usually does well when they incorporate it into a pinball game. If Stern does the Munsters right, it could have the coolest toys and the most awesome “world under glass” than just about any game that i can think of. The things that they could do with this theme are amazing. Call me crazy, but i am stoked for this game big time!

The only way it would make sense is if Disney made a Munsters remake and made them relevant again. Addam's Family came out after the movie(s).

Otherwise, SLE and chicken dance to get one.

They need to more games that have themes that would appeal to the 20-something hipster crowd that is getting into pinball via all the pinbars and such.

I have no idea what that would be, mind you. There has to be more hiptser cultural touchpoints than just super-hero movies, right?

I guess, though execution matters too. Must suck to be young these days with nothing but Marvel crap to watch.
