My boss has a pin he changes out every year at the company office. There is a pinball contest with the winner announced at the company Christmas party every year with a cash prize. So far the pins have been an Avengers, a Star Wars LE, and a Deadpool LE. Last year at the end of the year the Star Wars LE was donated to Walter Reed Hospital.
You will likely find a lot of interest at first, that tapers off with 2 or 3 people battling each other for the high score over the course of the year.
Even if the end of the year prize is just a stuffed animal or something silly, a little competition can go a long way.
Most people are not pinball people, so I'd recommend AFM, MB, or Guardians. Younger people (I fit your target demographic) won't care about the theme in Munsters, or the old people bands. I have (and love) a Hobbit, but the ball times are long and that's a difficult game to explain to non-pinball people.
After writing all that up, I'd recommend AFM (also had one and loved it).
