    Yes 35A @ 400V is fine. The part you link will work as a replacement.

    However, replacing the bridge without confirming it's actually bad is not a good idea.

    What is the 5V reading on the CPU?

    Great job!

    With a voltage drop like that from the driver board to the CPU, the issue almost certainly has to be CN2 on the CPU.
