I've made some progress on my United Brazil. When powered on the lights now come on!

However when pushing the reset button nothing happens. When adding a coin or manually triggering the coin door nothing happens.

Since the voltages coming off the transformer seem to be ok, I'm thinking I need to look at the reset switches on the far left of the schematic. Does that sound reasonable?

I have verified the 50v works. When manually moved and powered on, it clanks forever trying to reset them back to zero. Looking at it, the solenoid on the reset side doesn't seem able to push all the way to click the wheel.

So I pulled the assembly, then pulled out the solenoid. Its in great shape, not sticky or anything. I then tried to manually push the plunger with the result that it still won't advance.

looking at it closely, it looks like the little small brass lever that has the tiny spring on it should be moving and its not. I'm guessing that its post is gummed up. If I clean that post do you think that will solve it? should it just be clean, or put a drop of oil on it? Usually oil isn't recommended if I recall.
