Are you holding for a while then eventually getting voicemail, or straight to voicemail? If you're holding for a while then eventually voicemail, keep at it. They're probably just busy helping other peeps.

Stick with it Toro1966 - I've had to keep calling over and over sometimes. I think one afternoon I just kept redialing with the phone on my desk on speaker for about 2-3 hours. Once you get through Pat/Chas are helpful.
