I got a brand new Godzilla Premium yesterday. I noticed immediately that my manual plunger barely gets the ball to the playfield. In looking at a lot closer, the manual plungers washers are hitting the auto plunger bracket, which cases the manual plunger to push the auto plunger into the ball. It looks like the auto plunger needs to be raised up like 2MM for it to clear the washers on the manual plunger. I tightened the screws to the auto plunger as much as I could and that helped a tiny bit but the issues still exists. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Pictures are in the attached album.

There are two reds screws holding the plunger in place against the cabinet. Remove those. Then loose the other three screws that are in that same plate. You can move the plunger around to get it in the right spot so it doesn’t hit the auto launcher. You want the plunger to hit the ball square in the middle.

I had same issue on other machine. As chuckwurt said, red screws As you re tighten, push on plunger to hold it in correct position, so it stays centered. It may be a bit it trial and error. The auto launcher should not move on manual launch. Try with machine off to start.

Perfect, I wasn't sure how to adjust the plunger. Ill give that a shot and report back.

That fixed it! I had make new holes for the bottom wood screws, definitely a lot of adjustment needed. Thanks chuckwurt and zaki !!

The shooter rod assembly and the playfield can shift in transit. Bouncing around in the back of a semi people are lucky more things haven't happened.

I just got my Godzilla Premium up and running and have been noticing that the manual plunger doesn't work as well as the auto plunger - I'm guessing it's the same issue. Thanks for posting it here! Hopefully I can figure out how to fix it...
