Run the magnet test through the coin door service buttons and let us know what errors you get.

Go into the switch matrix test and then look at the switch matrix table in your manual (or download from ipdb.com). Test all optos and make sure they are working properly.

I think you could attempt to repair the ware at the top left out lane with a spray paint that I think is called Metalite. It give that hammered metal look. You could try to clear it after paint, but a steel ball smacking a metal out lane wall is gonna ware away again.
My guess would be cost wood vs metal rails. JMHO.

Should come on if you go into All Lamp Test. If it doesn't replace it. I have a 47 LED in mine, otherwise I don't think you see it too well with a regular incandesant bulb

Can anyone measure the length of the hex spacers that hold the village on the left side? I know there are 2 but I don't have the correct size.

A good read for things to check. I had to change the L1 inductor on my 25 switch onto assembly. Mine was broken on mine.

The board you installed, was it an aftermarket board or a used board? Where did you get it from? Just curious.
Did you check the fuses on the flipper board in the head someone recommended?

I noticed on the images of the board there is a 12v led- is the light on?
There is also a tip1 to measure 5 volts. Are you getting 5volts?
There is also a pot in the middle of the board it looks like. Does it need to be adjusted for BSD? Someone who has used the board might be able to help further.

Can someone confirm that this plate should be flat or is it bent at an angle from the factory?
