Quoted from shedpinball:

I have recently acquired a BSD and was wondering if possible for someone to also take a decent pic of the gameplay instructions , the 2 I have got are black n white and look horrible , this is my 1st ever machine and am absolutely addicted .
hope someone can help me out

http://www.pinballrebel.com/game/pins/instruction/index.htm there are some nice ones under "d" I saved some of these and took them to the print shop and had them printed on a good quality hardstock and could not be happier! Got em done for all 3 of my ges and cost like 6 bucks so worth it!!! http://www.pinballrebel.com/game/pins/instruction/dracinfo.jpg that's 1 I used

Quoted from DMachine:

New Owner Here!
Just got the game set up yesterday - no problems really, except for one:
It's very hard to get the ball up the right ramp, usually the ball goes up the ramp and sort of rattles at the top like it's getting caught by something, but I don't see anything blocking it.

I put a couple washers under the clear plastic on top of that ramp and it solved it on mine. I realized it was catching after a ball actually got stuck there. Hopefully this helps?

Quoted from vid1900:

A pinhead known as K2.
Got BSD and Barb Wire from an 80 year old woman with a walk out basement.
Neither had been played since 2001.
Both totally minty, both badly in need of new rubber, batteries.

That's awesome. These don't pop up round here often.

How long are the posts for the proto slings? I bought 2" and they are too long the 1" I had laying around are too short on the left side...

Quoted from bigd1979:

Y didn't you just replace the cap on old board?

Truth is I'm comfortable everything pinball except board work, and insert decals. I may try and fix it but at least I've got a backup now. I've got 1 bad insert on my t2 to be replaced, I've picked up the decals and have been circling the bad decal like a vulture just haven't tried to tackle yet

Someone was supposedly working on new ramps for this title like 2 years ago... I've been waiting as my center ramps broken at the switch and irritates me.

Ok guys, got the new 24" opto board installed and seemed to work for about 4 games.. I checked it in switch test and seemed to have lost that opto again. What are the chances that opto just flaked out? Any input?

#3062 4 years ago

Yea, I checked with my camera and couldn't see anything. I did some reading from archive and my machine is behaving just like those with l1 inductor problems on that board. just irritates me to hell as this is a new board. Hopefully I can get some time on it this weekend
