You have probably already done this, but be sure to check your pitch and level. PinGuy Leveling App is quick and easy if you have an iphone/ipad. I know my BSD has a sweet spot which allows me to make the left ramp easily as well as backhand the coffin lock from the right flipper. If it's pitched too high or too low it makes it feel like the flippers are weak.
