I am in this club now. All I can say is this game is brutal and Comet LEDs are the best.

Quoted from JamesUK:

Has anyone ever had issues with the ball lunging around when hitting the castle shot, should come down into the lock but at it's speed it can jump over and onto the playfield. Any known solutions?

This is my solution. I bought a mid to high density foam cut it to a “J” shape then stick it in front of the diverter. The trick is the end is slightly thicker than the front. This foam can slow down the ball speed and absorbed some of the impact. I tried a few time before I satisfied the results. You can see the pictures for more info. I know it is not look nice but people can’t really see it because it is hidden behind the coffin. In general, once I got it right the jumping issue never happened to my machine again.

Quoted from Pesmerga:

I see that you have the tombstone mod from morpheus too! I'm having issues in putting the glass on the pin with it installed! How could you even put a washer and a round head screw on it???

Hi Pesmerga
Sorry for the late reply. I don’t have above issue with my machine. It fitted perfectly from day one.

Quoted from DaveH:

Goodbye old friend.

Well said. This is the reason I removed all the games that I “owned in the past” in Pinside because once the game left my gameroom. I don’t want to look back.

To me one of the best mods for BSD is put this comet LED strips under the grave yard.

Quoted from allsportdvd:

What color did you go with? And attached to the ramp?

I am using sunlights white and yes, I am stick them (10SMD 4 inches x 3) inside the grave yard plastic.

Quoted from fossmin:

Can you do this without removing the ramp?

If I remember correctly you need to remove the ramp in order to take the grave yard plastic out.

Quoted from ClassicHornet:

You could use 1 x 10” strip, I think that would be easier than 3 x 4” ??

Yes, it would but the reason I break it down with 3 x 4 is because when the machine in attraction mode the grave yard can be divided into two parts and each part can turn on and off separately. Anyway if I do it all over again I more likely will use 1 x 4 inches and 1 x 8 inches.

I’m going to try blue or green and see how they look. Thanks for the tip!

You are welcome. Please show us some pictures when it’s done
