I’ve been lurking in here for a bit. Going to go play a BSD this weekend and then get serious about finding one for my collection if all goes well. Just wanted to also say from what I’ve seen the color dmd looks awesome for this title.

Well now it’s official. My BSD arrived yesterday. From a fellow Pinsider also! I’m in love.

Quoted from RudeDogg1:

Looks like a well looked after machine much better than my old one did when I first had it

Yea I believe he had it for 10 years or so and really took care of it.

I received my Coffin Mod by RudeDogg1 today and installed it. First I wanted to say that the quality is fantastic. I’m really impressed with how great it looks.

Install was a bit of a pain, not because of the mod, but more just because of how the old screws were and getting to some of them. Past that, the new parts were easy to assemble.

Highly recommend this. It’s worth every penny.

Bonus, also replaced the old apron cards with new ones here from Upkick Pinball. Also, very nice quality.

Hey Luke_Nukem that looks great!

Would you mind showing more up close pics of
Where you used the Comet SMD strips for the inside village building, inside graveyard and on DMD glare guard to light speaker panel? And where did you hook those up to for power?

Where did you get the full blue pop bumpers from? I’ve been trying to find some for my T2.

Thanks!

Quoted from Luke_Nukem:

So I cut my own holes in the village...

That looks great. Thank you for sharing. I'm hoping to do a few similar things. Especially with lighting in the buildings.

That looks awesome! How long did it take you to do, and where did you get the playfield from?

#10367 10 months ago
Quoted from Moomert1:

I'm really happy with it. The wall, church, and castle entrance lookeven better in person.

That Church Entrance looks awesome. Is that a mod you got somewhere or made?

#10372 10 months ago
Quoted from Moomert1:

It's a 3d printed piece I bought. The , I had it professionally painted. Added some lighting and attached to the playfield

Yeah I love that. Looks great. Maybe once I get my 3d printer up and running I'll give something like that a try.

Quoted from CoolCatPinball:

Same here, mines a beauty now after a playfield swap, all new plastics, star posts, rubbers, rad cals, mirrored backglass, etc, etc, etc. But MAN was it nasty when I got it. Look at that new playfield and cleaned up metal shine [quoted image]

So jealous, I would love to get a new playfield and do a full pass on everything. I've never done one before.

Quoted from onemoresean:

I don’t have any close up pics of the pop bumpers on my phone.
I can take some later if you still need them.[quoted image]

Gorgeous colors! I’m looking to redo lighting on mine soon and I love the looks of yours.

Awesome instruction cards also.
