How many plastic ramps are there in this game including the subway?

Making pinball ramps is not rocket science but there is definitly a learning curve that wastes material and money. After 6 years of doing this, I still am learning.
The short answer is it would take way too much time. I have my hands full just trying to maintain 130 products at all times and developing new projects. You can google thermorforming plastics and CNC trimming to get an idea of what's involved. I have thought about making a video of the process but right now that is even more time consuming. My process makes 100 ramps at a time and is not suited for a pinhead trying to make a few ramps.
Hold on a second. It is entirely possible that moving the connector toto another header fixed the problem. Over the decades, these pins get less bouncy and the headers get hotter due to increased resistance across the pin and header. As the header gets hotter, it causes more heat and more resistace. It is possible that the connection had so much resistance, the voltage dropped enough to cause the problem/. Also, one of the pins on the original header may have had a cracked solder joint.

You are correct. It is seldom a problem because there is much less current going through the matrix.
Hi everyone. I'm following this thread because Dracula will be my next ramps. I am aware of the Mirco playfield problem in JJP games. Have there been systemic problems with their remakes?
They are next but with all my supply chain issues, can give a timeline. I'm still waiting for parts for Corvette.
Am I missing something here. How can you know which chips are responsible from a picture? You need a schematic.
The new ramps will have decals. The bad news is my decal printer has backed out of our arrangement. He has decided it is too much work and the quality is not there. So, I am back to square one. I have another lead I will check out when I get back from Lodi. Supply chain issues are killing me. This is going to delay Corvette and Dracula.
Yeah, I agree. It has been way too long. I should have been done with this by now. BSD ramps. I still have supply chain issues. After 10 months, I still have not found a responsible decal producer. Corvette has been done for at least 6 months and I still don't have the decals. Seems like something that would be easy to fix but it's not. For the 4th time, I have given the decalls to a printer and for the 4th time, they hold them for 2 months to tell me they can't do them. I will do them.
Not a great way to test magnets or coils. If you get a low reading, it's bad but if you get a good reading, they can still be bad.

Anyone here have BSD apron decal for sale or the ability to print them in good quality? I just open my package from the guy selling them on Ebay and he sent me the wrong item... and now he seems to have vanished from Ebay...I'll try to contact him but his store is not there anymore.
Anyone know where I can find a replacement?
who was it?
Your machine is not grounded properly. It can be a bitch to figure out where the ground fault is. Make sure first that you have a three prong plug.
I'VE given up on timelines for ramps because even if I double what I think it will take, I'm always wrong. All I can tell you it is next and I have already started the decals. It is difficult to maintain all my SKU's and still make new ramps. In a few months, I will have everything in one location and that should help move things along. They should be available individually.
