Working on a bowling queen. Problem is ball release stays energized so balls are unlimited. Also 10 pt bumpers or pop bimpers dont score. Looked at M relay and all looks good. Any ideas I do have schematics. Thanks

The Ball Release lockin is waiting for either the 1pt (N) or the 10pt (M) relays to activate, opening a normally closed switch on them. (So basically it keeps allowing ball 1 to be played until at least 1 or 10 points are scored.)

Check the schematic for the M and N relay logic to see what makes them score (will be playfield switches).

Ok if I manually activate M relay ball release deenergizes. But the 1 and 10 Pt relays are not working. Coils are deenergized so its not a stuck playfield switch. Heres a pic of the M and N relays in schematic. Never have had this problem before.

Start with checking score motor switch 1C first to make sure it's clean and closing, and then work right to left checking the other switches. Also check the jones plugs leading to the backbox.

Fixed thanks it was a misadjusted switch on pop bumper relay. Now target lights wont light. Checked motor 2c and alls good heres schematic of that section. Also tested all sockets. All good. Seems no power getting to target lights

Pop bumper lights work fine. Cant seem to find the one common switch for the target lights. No loose wires either. Stumped.

Turned out to be jones plug. Plug is loose Should probably replace female section at some point. Any idea where to get a new one
