Finally found a Bounty Hunter! I decided to design a new back glass since mine had some flaking. Being a huge Clint Eastwood fan, I decided to design a Man With No Name/Red Dead Redemption style design. The camera makes the bulbs seem more "hot spotted" than it looks in person. But I think it turned out great!

Bounty Hunter is making only the faintest sound when the potentiometer is cranked.
What should I be looking at on the board as an issue? Does BH have an amp?
Any direction would be appreciated.

It could be the volume pot or the soundboard. The soundboard has on board opamps. I think there’s also a amp or driver on the auxiliary power board too. If you have another soundboard swap it to test.

Thanks for the reply. Anyone have a pic of what specifically I should be looking for?
These Bounty Hunter pins are 80B, with a sound only board with piggyback.

If I put my finger behind the u5 chip and at the same time one on the capacitor and resistor areas it'll produce sound, dirty sound, but audible.

Since the backglass seems impossible to find, I recreated one from pic's found on the internet and did some photo-editing. I had the result printed on 5mm plexi and sprayed the back with white paint.

Small problem: the plexi doens't fit the lifting-trim.

Result:

Need some assistance with fixing a wire hack job.
Can anyone provide pics of the pop bumper wiring.
Specifically the upper one.
Someone cut the two wire bundle and connected the two legs together from coil to spoon switch

I don't have a photo at hand, but you can follow the wiring on the shematic:

I have the actual owners manual but the wire colors aren't the same. Was looking for a visual to assist

Has anyone had any luck matching the brown color of the cabinet paint? If so, can you share that paint information?

Thank you,
