I installed a brand new Rottendog MPU004 into my Robocop this evening. After swapping over the CPU and the ROMs, I found that the board does not boot. The +5 and the PIA LED stay lit at all times. I have two other MPU boards that partially work with different issues, so I know the power supply and everything in the game itself is good. Is there something else I am overlooking? Or did I get a dead MPU right out of the box?

Robocop uses two ROMs. Jumper J4 needs to be installed on the MPU004.

Ahh, I knew it had to be something simple. Do I move the existing jumper from J5 to J4 or do I jump both of them?
