This is what I have used in the past, dab on with a q tip on the paint you want to remove, work it lightly with the q-tip to scrub the paint, wipe off with a rag. If it is still there, repeat process, you only have to work it in lightly, do not press hard, works great!
Oh and I got this at Menards, I am sure most hardware stores would carry it or something similar.
If you don't know if it's oil or water based, try alcohol on a small area. If that does'nt cut it, try a dab of paint thinner or lighter fluid.

+1 I've used this and it works great.
Yea this stuff is really amazing, will not remove the screening or decals, remember, do not press hard, Novus 2 the entire cab after paint is gone, it will look like it was never there, amazing results.

Where could I pick this stuff up? Thanks so much everyone!
magic erasers are indeed great, I use the extra strength ones all the time. have to be careful
sometimes not to scrub too hard.
Quoted from rad:Awesome!
Did you get the fuse error message resolved? You got a great game at a great price.
Thanks! No still have not found the solution to this issue, but have a friend coming over to take a look next week! He thinks the issue is in the playfield.
Quoted from Thor-NL:Those Magic Erasers... is this a sort of sponge you can re-use ?
Is there an European equivalent?
I suppose it's this:
or in Germany:
