Some ops will not sell non working machines to the public for this reason,, Just because of this>>> a noobie picks up a non working machine and cannot get it going and boom nothing but bad to say about the op or They say,, I want to take it back. If you know you or your friend couldn't fix it why buy it? Total noobie move on this. I have an op in town that will not sell non working machines to the public. To much of a hassle to deal with them....and now its been 2 months and now you want to call and do something about it good luck, Its an as-is sale on used items.
