Quoted from Luzur:
I wouldnt mind a Hall & Oates pinball
Oh no now say it isn't so!
I bet Journey would significantly outsell Boston. Plus those guys were into video games so maybe they'd be cool with a pinball (30 years late, of course).
Not that I'd buy either of them. Old movies work well as a pinball theme -- Chevy Chase may grow fat and bald, but Irwin M. Fletcher stays just the same. Old bands not so much, especially if they've had the gall to stay alive and keep performing (the same old) music, dentures and all.

They don't have to make the theme of the game present day. They can always make them as they were in their prime. As a matter of fact, I don't see why they don't do just that with a lot of the bands selected. Aerosmith would have been better that way. So would Rush, Metallica, AC/DC, Kiss, and the latest Rolling Stones. All of them would have been better if the theme was based on their prime.
The thing about the bands from the 60's & 70's are that they are immortal as far as talent goes.
Can't say that about today's crop of uninspiring acts. To tell you the truth I never really cared about Pearl Jam either.
There is nothing that even comes close nowadays to the talent of the classic rock acts of the 60's & 70's (that's why they can still tour and draw big crowds). Just look at the Rolling Stones latest tour. Huge crowds.
The music now days is not music and they have no talent. There are a few rock bands out there that are good. But the mainstream stuff is totsl shit.
That being said I thing Journey would make a awesom pin. Give Arnel the spot as singer since Steve Perry walked away.

Heck, part of the theme could be auditioning Perry replacements. Make your shots before the countdown expires or you have to listen to Brett Michaels singing Wheel in the Sky for the rest of the ball.

what no one wants a Bee Gees pin?
6 ball multiball played to the song Stayin Alive !!
Thoughts? Yes Boston shouldn't have a game. Artwork is there and Tom is great to a point....nothing intersting about these fools.
