Quoted from Aurich:Confirmed, that translite is still hideous.
I can't believe they're actually making the "80's Gottlieb Edition"
Resale value for that version will be in the toilet. If you get one - get it for KEEPS.

Quoted from CaptainNeo:Yes the translite is horrible. Buutttt. AC/DC's premium translite is the same way. Photo band memebers style. That's doing just fine. I would have prefered band members cartoony like Dirty Deeds Done dirty cheap style.
Nah, the AC/DC Premium has some artistic rendering to it, some cool designs, fonts, composition, etc. It also matches the overall art direction of the game. The Metallica Road Case translite is literally just a PHOTO...with no thought to composition or how it fits in with the rest of the game art.
Quoted from o-din:I guess I don't understand why the LE's aren't delivered first.
More features = More code.
Code's still early on the Pros....so...yeah.
Quoted from JeanJean1968Jean:i think it's a dumb comment... the Hammer is in the air, wolverine just hides half of the playfield
LOL...any comments about Wolverine, Iceramp, Hammers "blocking view" crack me up. Wolverine is big as f*ck...but he blocks your view of nothing. Shots to the left and right of him are visible, as is the ramp behind him. When the ice ramp swings out, all that is "blocked" is the area directly under it...which is nothing but blank playfield. You can still clearly see every shot in the game. I haven't seen the hammer in person yet, but again, it likely blocks NOTHING. You'll be able to see the captive ball under it, the snake and Sparky on either side of it.
