Williams, 1991Brought home a BoP today that was working at place I got it from, got home and turned it on and game played fine until rt flipper button pushed. Game dies and resets to attract mode. Did this repeatedly. Left flipper doesn't do it, just rt. Any ideas? Thx.
There is also a chance that your 5V is dropping and causing a game reset. Not sure why it would only happen with one flipper, but if reseating all the connectors in the head doesn't do the trick, this may be the next set of things to try: http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Williams_WPC#Game_resets
This same thing was happening to a HS2 I was fiddling with. Cleaning flipper contacts and 3 new AA batteries later. Boom problem solved.
Will try both and report back. Already reseated everything. Thx for input. I just want to play for a month or so til my new pf comes in.
