These fit under the leg and actually hold the leg away from the cabinet art by a very tiny amount.

I hate being a knat but I would hate for you to waste all that time making a super nice cab just to have them wrinkle up on you. You can still use the other ones for the look over the stand off Stern ones.
I've seen it myself and it happened on my TFLE. Fortunately, I caught it in time and was able to flatten things out. I thought the same thing and it bit me in the ass.
I don't think we will convince him! Lol
Any updates on the new batch PPS was supposed to get in August? I have one ordered but haven't heard anything and kind of stopped reading the forum.
