3rd Run BOP Repro Playfields.

Hello to all

The 3rd run of BOP Playfields is ready to start. Now is the time were I would like
you to confirm / commit your purchase with a 100 Euro pre payment via PayPal
to [email protected].
On this run we will apply at least 3 coats of clear coat, that will cause the price to be slightly higher. I am trying to get the edging around the inserts better. If a forth coat is necessary
I will apply it on my cost.
If you wish to pay in full to take advantage in the good exchange rate, you are welcome to do so. But please don’t rush me, it takes time, the most time is spent on waiting for the clear coat to settle, I can do nothing to rush the settling of the clear coat.

If you wish to have a proto type playfield with yellow inserts please add 100 Euro to the playfield price. We are only making 5 proto type playfields to keep them as a special.

Price for the USA and Canada
1 BOP repro Playfield 630 Euro
Shipping via Airfreight / insurance 95 Euro
--------------------------------------------------------
Total 725 Euro
=================================

Price for Australia
1 BOP repro Playfield 630 Euro
Shipping via Airfreight / insurance 105 Euro
--------------------------------------------------------
Total 735 Euro
=================================

Price for Europe EC
1 BOP repro Playfield 630
Shipping / insurance 35
VAT 19% 126,35
-------------------------------------------------------
Total 791,35

Thank you.

Hello to all.

The boards have been printed and the first clear has been applied. We have to wait a bit so that the clear coat can settle.
Then we will sand them down and send them for the second clear coat.

Wish you all a nice day.

Hello to all.

We have fetched the playfields from the paint shop and inspected them. We have to put a third coat of clear on them.
Some look allright but I would like to put a third layer. Sorry, but I dont just want to send them out like this.
We will sand them down next week and bring them back to the paint shop.

Thanks for all your patients.

Thank you.
It is the best loan for us that you are satisfied with our work.
We would love to do a better clear coat but in production and with the EC regulation for
clear coat it is just not possible.
All the playfields are send out with DHL.

Hi.

The EC clears are not as good as the clears you have in the US.
It is not nessescary, the clear hold and do its job, but I have heard that after a few months you can see the shrinkage.
So if you want it 100 % perfect, then its good to wait a couple of months for the clear to settle, sand it with a fine grain,
and get it recoated.

Hello to all.

Slight mistake on all Boards from the third run. The mill didnt go threw the board and left a paper thick wood on the rear side of the board.
The slot for the adjustable Post on the lane out left side.

I have check the remaining boards that I still have here, yes they all have it.
It looks like the mill didnt go right through the board. The top of the board has the slot milled,
from the rear side, there is a paper thick layer of wood left over.
I have taken a sharp cutter knife and could easly remove the remain wood.
Always push cut the blade into the slot from the rear side.
You can also use a Dremel.
Ill get the remaining boards fixed up before I send them out.

Sorry about this.
I wish all a pleasant Sunday.

Let it rest for a month. Its hard to say, depending on weather, hot or cold.
It is always good to wait for atleast 6 weeks after clear coating, so to be sure end of August.

I thank you all for your patience.
It the best loan that we can receive that you are satisfied with our work
Thank you.
