So I just finished my 1st full restoration on the game my collection started with. Bride of pinbot. Fingers crossed I turned her on and success back to life. Have a issue however. Game has 2.0 kit installed. When the 3rd ball hits the outlane kicker assembly and the coil fires the ball enters the trough only to bounce back into the kicker assembly and keeps going back and forth. I can go into the adjustment menu in 2.0 setup and lower the coil pulse and the problem goes away. But once I switch back to version 1.0 the problem resumes. Any thoughts??? I checked the mounting position on my old playfield and everything appears to in the exact same position. This problem did not exist prior to disassembly.

Thanks for the input. Your spot on! My trough is missing the gate. And without it the 3rd ball bounces back. Whats weird is this just started. And I know the gate was not there before..... Any chance- tfduda you can measure what you have and I will have to make one up.
