So I have almost finished my refurb of BoP, but find that the left flipper is not working.

The right is just fine, but the left moves ever so slightly, but that's it.

I have a new PinLed Power board in the game the old board did the same.

I have metered the right and left flipper at the coil they give the same reading 63v on primary and secondary, so though it was coil changed to no avail!

So what else could it be?

In switch test the left flipper button registers, Ive even swapped buttons to see if the fault moved, it did not.

I'm stuck, with 63v at coil why is it not pulling the plunger in, by hand its fine.

try this
hold the left flipper up by hand and press the flipper button. Does it stay up? if so the eos switchis not making a good connection and cannot deliver the high volt push to get the flipper moving. Next step is to take a test lead and jump across the terminals on the eos. The Flipper should be max power now so don't hold it up.

Probably the switch is not closed when the flopper is down. Look up Vids guide on this site for adjusting flippers
