Williams, 1991I have a bad Ceramic Cap on my left flipper leaf switch. It's the T1 .1z 500v. So i was looking for a replacement and was wondering if it has to be .1uf or will .01uf work? As I hate to have to order one and pay more for shipping than the cost of the part. As I do not really need anything else at the moment. But if I have to, then I guess I will. I seen these and can get them locally and wonder if these would work or not. see link

Nope. Not a good substitution. You'll need to acquire the correct part.
It won't hurt anything for the part to be missing for a while. It's there to suppress arcing of the switch contacts.
