BoP 2.0 in the future?
Quoted from MT45:I'm in... Deep. My first total restore all the way down to airbrushing art and spraying my own clearcoat
VERY nice work!
At least with the currect economic situation the exchange rate is reasonalble now. It could be a lot worse!
Quoted from burningman:I would order a set in a heartbeat.
+1 on the rubber wheels, anyone listening?
Quoted from lyonsden:...Turns out that piece wasn't in the master design and out of the 400+ sets they've sold, I'm the first one to notice.
My set is still in an unopened bag awaiting my playfield swap. I wonder how many of those 400+ sets still sit on someone's shelf and how many have been actually been inspected?
Quoted from Morydees:...so I tested the pens on a few hidden spots first (giving it ample time to set as it'll change color) until I found the right combo. Here's some before/after shots.
Nice work! Thanks for the pics!
Quoted from Cheese_WizardPQ:I never really understood why there is a space shuttle in this game...Makes no sens
Good question. My guess is the space shuttle program was big in the 80s. Maybe incorporatng a space shuttle in BoP sold more games!
Quoted from Chosen_S:Some guys get all the pretty girls
You can buy love, just get it from Peter in Hamburg!
Quoted from jsa:Time-lapse video of our teardown and reassembly:
» YouTube video
You need to also put that video in the
Cats and pinballs... thread!
Quoted from MustangPaul:Hey Welcome to the club. You plan on having more games?
Seems like a silly question...
Quoted from Bublehead:I meant to go back and take a pic but never got the chance, the wife saw a machine for sale and she had to have it, so I spent my spare time getting shipping lined up and payments made. TPF is way more fun when your are not solving first world problems while playing pinball, but when you see a rarer title these days, you don’t prevaricate about the bush, you drop what you are doing and get it done. There is always more time for pinball later.
What did the wife buy?
Quoted from Mancave:Added a couple of mods back on today. I had to repair the topper as it sustained some damage in storage unfortunately.
Thanks for the offer Jakusu but i can't print anything with my current printer at the moment my old one i could print an item to any size up to A4 but this new one has no options for doing your own sizing.... well not that i've found as yet.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Where did you get the faces for the coin door? Very cool!
