That's on column 7. So it may sound strange but check for a broken wire / solder joint on light for her hip on the backglass. Also check for the same on the 7 million point jackpot.
If there was a driver board problem you'd most likely have either all the jackpot lights, or her hip light, also out.
May also be a bad socket, or a backwards / bad / mis-wired diode on the affected socket.
