Newly installed 2.0 kit on an unrestored game. I'm having 2 major issues. I've posted over on the Dutch Pinball forums, Koen has tried helping but suggested posting here as well. The game was fully working before the kit was installed. I'm guessing the new hardware is sensitive to an issue the old hardware didn't care about. I've been placing some pics in this folder, I may try to put some video in there as well.

Issue #1- 1.0 display is very small (see pics in dropbox link).
I'm running the latest version. Koen suggested I try and start pinmame.ahk by opening explorer while running 1.0. It seems like some sort of always on top setting is preventing me from seeing the explorer window. I can get the explorer window to open in the select game menu and in 2.0 no problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1.19, no difference.
Issue #2- Ball locks don't work correctly in 2.0.
It will say "Ball one locked" but then spit it back out at me, and put a ball in the shooter lane. If I do eventually get all 3 to lock they stay behind the pin until ball search, a long ball search, then only one comes out. I've tested all of the switches I think are relevant and they seem to operate fine actuating them with the ball. Ramp entrance, head entrance, both ball locks and trough switches seem to be fine.
I replaced the 2 switches on the wireform just because, it didn't help.
If I delay the ball by hand from going to the wireform switches it registers the lock and sticks. I noticed the CPU is pegged at 100%, I thought it might have something to do with that. Maybe the computer is catching up and the switches are triggered too fast? Koen said 100% CPU usage is normal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've added 2 grand to a great game and now have a $4k brick.
