    Quoted from trilogybeer:

I was working on a pin based on the works of Poe , but it has been sidelined for a while . The Raven , Black Cat , pit and the pendulum, tell tale heart , masque of red death . Could be really cool if done right . Wish I had more time for this project.

Sounds cool. I always wanted Grimm Brothers and Dark Tower. Harry Potter also seems obvious.

    Quoted from zombywoof:

I think Lovecraft is largely/entirely in the public domain. Weren't there some renders of a very cool, but wildly impractical cabinet design for a Cthulhu pin floating around a few years back? What ever became of that project?

Ahh...I somehow forgot to mention H.G. Lovecraft. My pick is Arkham Horror.

    Quoted from NC_Pin:

I am not sure if this has ever been covered, but why aren't books seen as potential themes? If you go back about 100 years everything would be in the public domain.

I think the issue is that pinball machines are rarely the first medium. What I mean by that, popular books become television shows or movies before they make the jump to pinball.

    Jurassic Park
    Lord of the Rings
    The Hobbit
    Johnny Mnemonic
    Bram Stoker's Dracula
    Mary Shelly's Frankenstein
    Game of Thrones
Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory
    James Bond
    etc.
