Robert Rodriguez directed that episode. He's known for cheap, so that's not a surprise. He also did probably the crappiest episode of the Mandalorian where they were running up and down the same hill.

Haha. Great minds think alike. I'm really not a fan of his directorial aesthetic which reads cheap. Lots of re-used shots and boring setups visually.
