Ok, I want to like the show and am excited for the rest of the episodes but glad I'm not the only one wondering why the heck he was such a sucky fighter and got his butt handed to him so easily.
Also didn't he take his helmet off in mandalorian too?

Yup, this episode (2) was a lot better. You could even feel the writing/directing was more thought out.

I think 80% of the problem is the "test" audiences they pick. They probably just ask Kathleen Kennedy, and release it :-s
