I’m curious to see how Gomez influenced this game. This is the title he took over from Steve right?

we believe so. And on a podcast he said he scrapped everything and started over

Gomez has been really delivering unique shots lately. Can’t wait for the playfield pics let’s go!!
Quoted from sepins:People now have a tough decision to make.
TS4 or Bond
Tough decision? Lmfao
Quoted from insight75:Pierce is the only Bond for me. This is because the first Bond movie was him and anyone else just doesn't seem right.
What hole.did you crawl out of sir? Pierce is the first? Your Google machine was not be updated...
Quoted from pinballaddicted:While you are waiting to see the game, LEs will be gone.
And then life will go on…
Quoted from J85M:And the irony is Dalton was disliked as his Bond was by far the most violent and brutal compared to Moore, Lazenby and Connery.
Both brilliant films just 30 years ahead of their time for critics and viewers at the time.
Dalton's bond is closest to the Ian Fleming character, followed by Connery. Dalton's Licensed to Kill, is actually Fleming's The Man with the Golden Gun novel.
Fleming's books generally are much better, but it is what it is.
Quoted from ThePlumber:What hole.did you crawl out of sir? Pierce is the first? Your Google machine was not be updated...
First movie I saw I meant. Relax dude.
Quoted from Methos:Dalton's Licensed to Kill, is actually Fleming's The Man with the Golden Gun novel.
They should make a Beastie Boys Pin…..
You know “License to Ill”
Quoted from PinSinner:Who is the designer on this one?
(Apologies if it has been mentioned earlier…I’m time poor atm)
Assumption is Gomez, after scrapping Steve's original work on it. But officially, it hasn't come out yet.
Quoted from Capn12:Assumption is Gomez, after scrapping Steve's original work on it. But officially, it hasn't come out yet.
It is designed by Gomez.
Quoted from mbrave77:we believe so. And on a podcast he said he scrapped everything and started over
Do you remember what podcast george talked about 007 and said that. Im hoping its all a gomez game. All of his games are AWESOME.

Think it was the Super Awesome Pinball Show interview, some time back.
I'm hearing there's a 10" LCD in the game, an Oddjob pop up head mech and that the back 1/3 of the playfield is void of any toys. Oh, there's also a spinning "Bond Mystery" disk as well. $12k - $15k.
I looked at a couple of my old Bond CED discs to see what they did for the artwork. I like how for You Only Live Twice he's flying "Little Nellie" wearing a tuxedo, holding a gun with no hands on the controls, like he needs that extra bit of fire power.
They always used that long barrel Walther on the posters even though he never used it in the movies.
CED_bond (resized).jpgQuoted from GreenMachine19:I told you all a price increase was coming for all other manufacturers when everyone was bitching about TNA’s price increase. Inflation is real.
Not true according to my distributor
Quoted from GreenMachine19:I told you all a price increase was coming for all other manufacturers when everyone was bitching about TNA’s price increase. Inflation is real.
And it will keep going on until people stop paying, and they haven't yet.
...Says someone who just reached out to his distributor for an LE a couple hours ago. I still need to see it play, of course, but hearing that it's gonna be Connery Bond cuts deep. That's the good stuff. Probably wouldn't have looked twice at a Craig Bond machine.
Quoted from McDoom:Still want to see the game before I say yes.

Careful what you wish for…. Peter Parker!

Ok ok … I might get in trouble for this ….. Bond Leak….

No

Could we agree that logically that have to do a gold trimmed game and call it Fort Knox edition or something. Or even chrome to glisten like diamonds
I just feel this pin need that wow factor

Goldfinger edition.

Sometimes you win by losing.

I am fine with Premium. In fact, I think LE’s will one day be the most susceptible to crashing in price. Not why I buy them but LE’s are just too much - Premium has the features and the fun! Enjoy!
Gomez comes across as a very level headed dude.
I’m sure he’s ploughed all he can into this pin.
5 of your American dollars says he’s gonna have a sleepless week
Stoked to hear that it’s Connery era Bond in the game, which seems to be the best choice for pinball. But I’ll die on the hill that Casino Royale is the best bond movie, and, even though the last movie was kinda ass, Daniel Craig was the best James Bond.
Peeps don’t seem to like Never Say Never Again.
Some real eye candy in this movie with great motorcycle chase.
This is a cool scene:

I'm partial to the arcade scene. Kim Bassinger, Centipede, Dug Dug, and the ultra rare cabaret version of Gravitar.
The Jet Pack / magnet must lift the ball somehow right ?! I think it would be amazing if they used the backglass / back box to incorporate that toy…. The pinball can literally lift up / fly up.
When was the last time they mechanically animated the back box was it Terminator 3 ?!

have all 3 of those too, great games. I already buy the invisiglass, art blades, shaker, side armor so im close in price to LE anyways. And i love the real backglasses. Im just annoyed I buy a lot of games and never seem to make the LE list thats all. but I do still love my premiums very much!
Quoted from Sako-TRG:[quoted image]
I wonder if they will do a more cartoonish art and backglass package.
I could see this, a very retro look. So much you can do with older Bond properties. So excited to see this machine.
Annotation 2022-09-07 082915 (resized).jpgGomez is a great designer all to himself and he's long been a favorite of mine.
But in my opinion, the unseen, secret ingredient for Stern these days was bringing Keith Elwin into the mix. Once a guy like that is brought on, everybody, and I do mean everybody, elevates their game. The creative culture in Stern right now, as long as it's friendly competition, cements Stern as the all time leader and for some time to come.
Gomez, Borg, Danger, Tim Sexton, and even Gary Stern will up their game.
At least that's my view, sitting on the outside looking in.
