I will not be watching this or any other stream until I get my game. It's already bought and paid for, so I want to discover all the ins and outs myself rather than watching someone else do it. After I've played 50 or so games, I'll watch Ray Davidson or someone playing it on a stream so I can learn how to score and progress though the game.

Watching a game before I play makes zero difference to my experience when I play it but each to their own.
I do agree with your comment on watching another stream though. I really feel stern should be trying someone else for reveal streams. JD streams always have some problem. The last stream for example the rush game was set up with an extremely sensitive tilt bob and it kept firing over the stream. He just overlooks the basics... very lackadaisical approach which is fine for his own streams but stern should get on him for the reveals. His efforts at the twippys was a joke.

I cant wait to see , but it will be only one I watch, and I won't watch it all, maybe 20 minutes of actual play.

I'm just watching to see how far the code has come since that aweful prototype showing in London. The gameplay is irrelevant to me, already seen it by a great player there, I want to see how they're incorporating the hardware into the software and I'm hoping for more than a roulette wheel at this point.
Gomez dancing as fast as he can to lower expectations before it's clear how much still isn't in the game almost a month after the London video. Not a good sign.

Sounds like we might need some custom code for the music if key bond artist tracks are missing due to licensing costs, which is not surprising really.
Pretty underwhelming thus far, such a shame for such a good license. Have been waiting for a Bond game for so long but this is doing nothing to convince me to buy. with the market tanking too, this is a pretty hard sell.

For a couple of releases it looked like they were getting in front of the lack of code on release issues. But I guess cutting new cornerstone releases and covid production delays let them keep on top of it. Now that we are getting back to a normal release cycle looks like well be back to the good old days of waiting on code.
BTW, why on earth did they try to release this game 4 weeks ago???? It was literally a box of lights.
Honestly looks better than I thought. The upper orbit going counterclockwise is great, and combos super well. Code looks weak, but we knew that. What is there for 3D animations is fantastic, and when this is finished I bet it's good. Some of the weapons sound fun. Shoots fast, and satisfying. My only complaint is the rocket is somewhat clunky so far.

This is where I think the dreaded paid DLC could be helpful. I’d guess licensing a song for a single home or user account would be dirt cheap similar to buying a song on iTunes…

60th Bond anniversary.
Liking what I'm seeing, very excited for this one! Bring it on.....time for a 3rd job so I can afford to keep buying these....

I'm glad I did the Bond-a-thon because the movies were fun, and I can appreciate a lot of the details they put into integrating the movies on the LCD screen.
It's come a long way since last month! The animations are much improved. I think the playfield is absolutely stacked! every corner, every angle, something cool about the hardware. Love the ball eject below the left flipper. What's disappointing as hell to me so far is that there seems to be no music except for the Bond theme? Not even when the modes change to different films. Did I hear Gomez say the licensing issues were expensive with some of our favorites from 60 year old Connery films? C'mon?! Good luck with the 60th and artists from other Bond movies. The games needs musical flow, better dynamics to break things up.. I think if they can improve on this, the games a clear winner.
He just said You Only Live Twice, Diamonds are Forever, From Russia with Love. No Goldfinger? Damn. I'm not logged onto the Twitch. The game also needs WAY more Bond Girl footage and animation. The girls faces look great when they come up! but I didn't see the Diamonds are Forever silhouette animations or anything. It needs more LOVE scenes AKA sexual content.
In a meeting at the moment. I was thinking pro, can someone tell me why to go premium? Is bond on a wand used enough to justify?

He said the center shot the pro is better because there is no diverter. The bond on a wand is interactive they say but I don’t think that part is in the game yet
