ANyone know the length/thread info on these bolts? I've apparantly misplaced mine.

3/8" x 16 x 3" or 2.75" (barely fits)

Any idea how deep the threaded part of the bolt needs to be? Home Depot has some 3/8 - 16 - 3 1/2" available, don't see any 3"
