Not sure if anyone else has seen the news, but just saw a facebook post saying he is retiring after finishing all his current deliveries.

nice guy but i stopped using him after the last fiasco. he had trouble keeping reliable help (not his fault), and was very behind on pickups and deliveries earlier this year. Guess all the hassle of it got too much.

Only if you have pins to ship. He has been providing quite a useful service for the past several years.
His direct announcement on his Facebook.
500 machines a month!!! Bob is a legend. Very sad to see him retire.

He is the “White Glove” STI wishes they could be.
yeah; I haven't shipped a game personally for several years.
Sorry to hear he's retiring; but yeah - that's a job I wouldn't want.
I wish Bob the best and hope he gets to continue doing this in some form but at a slower and enjoyable pace. He has provided a fantastic service for us and others for years. The problem with any hobby is if successful enough it becomes a business. It has its own rewards but for sure not the same thing.
