I'm working on customizing a BM66 LE for a customer. I am powder coating the coin door, ramps, shooter rod housing, speaker panel and laser cut hinges. I have these back from powder coating and they match perfectly. More Pictures are coming soon. And I'll offer these for sale for all versions of BM66 (Premium, LE, And SLE). I have in stock SLE/LE armor available for the Premium. So for those that have a BM66 Premium I can deck it out like the SLE/LE for you... no problem.

I'll be adding some interactive lighting effects for Batman 66.

Stay Tuned,

Steve

I just listed all of the options for the Batman 66 armor that I am offering. If you have a BM66 Premium, I can totally dress it up with the LE / SLE look for a fraction of the price these machines cost.....

Here is the link to the website to order:

If you have a Premium or LE and want the look of the SLE speaker panel.... I can do that. To get this look for the speakers you will have to upgrade the as well. I will be offering some speaker lighting kits as well for BM66 on the website (coming soon)....

Could you do "all" the metal work on the mechs etc on the underside of the playfield? seems a shame to leave metal on show

I do have to draw the line somewhere....

#11 7 years ago

Please see my website for details about the powder coating. Some of these parts you'll have to send me to powder coat because they're not available to purchase.

That is sweet

Those look awesome Steve! Great job!

What's the approximate turn around time on parts we would have to ship?

Quoted from jfh:

It's about a 1 to 1.5 week turn around to have the parts stripped and powder coated, plus shipping time. And well worth it in the scheme of it.

Thanks for asking and let me know if you would like your machine upgraded.

Checking my understanding: The base price is for the Prem rails in the speckeled powder coat; the upgrade is to get the Bat-shaped rails and/or the batman logo backbox hinges. Yes?

I'm saving my pennies, as I love the bat shaped rails.

Yes that's correct. The bat shaped side rails and hinges are an optional upgrade for the powder coated armor.

Thanks for asking,

Do you have any pics of the Prem with the bat armor? I'm curious how it lays on the existing art.

Sure, Not a problem. Here's a BM66 Premium that I have started on with the bat side rails.

If you want your Premium to look like the SLE (other then cabinet decals) for a less $$$. Get this armor upgrade, send me your coin door, ramps, speaker panel, and bling this machine out. It's a great look for the machine and well worth it.

#26 7 years ago

Is it possible to just get a pair of bat shaped side rails painted to match Stern's factory finish on the Premium?

Steve does an AMAZING job on the Batman machine. I've seen it in person, and it looks "at least" as good as the SLE!
