Hey guys Im stuck can you help? Got the machine from a client with a sound issue. the Board is only producing a Hum and static.

If the machine is left on for about 40 mins you can barely make out the voice sounds( Sound Effects) but its really stretching it that you can hear them.

I desolder cleaned and reflowed all of the pins on the board,

Tested the Diodes

Replaced one of 3 caps as I had one that I could use in stock. All caps did appear to look fine.

I removed cleaned and reinstalled the pot on the board as well as the volume pot on the coin door.

All voltages are good

All traces are good.

I removed and cleaned all the legs of the socketed chips on the board.

I checked all of the connectors

Im thinking that one or more chips may be bad.

If so would anyone have an idea as to which may be causing this issue?

Are any of these chips still available?

One last thing is that the Sounds Deluxe LED flashing sequence on start up does NOT appear to match what the manual calls for.
